I love avocado, but to be honest I can’t really manage to know when they are at their best to be eaten! So I came across this very helpful chart to evaluate the state of your favourite fruit!

The Ramen burger is a hype for the moment and many restaurants start to offer it in their menu. At first I was skeptic on how easy it seems to be, well it is really easy to do!

You’ll need:
125 grams of ground beef (preferably rib eye)
1 pack of ramen noodles
Salad leaves
Green onions
1 slice of mature cheddar
1 egg
Rucula
Seasme seeds
Sesame oil
Soja Sauce
Ketchup
Cook your noodles, then rinse them in cold water, let them drip, place them in 2 medium size bowls (with some weight on it) and let them rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then mix the fresh grounded meat with a pinch of fresh pepper, chives, soja sauce and sesame seeds.
30 minutes later
Take a pan and a little bit of sesame oil, once the oil is hot place your noodle pucks in the pan and let them cook. NOT too long you don’t want them to burn or be too crunchy.
Cook the meat to your liking, since you chose a fatty meat don’t hesitate to cook it medium/rare. 30 sec before you are done, place the cheese on top of the meet and cover the pan.
On the side of the pan poor your egg to cook a sunny side up.
Take one of the two ramen bun, put ketchup or an other sauce, place the rucula leaves, than place the patty, dripple some of the chopped green onions, place the sunny side up and finish with a slice of tomato.
Now Enjoy it!
